Position Summary
The Business Builder Consultant (BBC) will work in close cooperation with the experience project managers, business engagement directors and the appropriate business unit management to plan and deliver key messages supported by selected proof points during customer visits. Additionally the BBC will work with the BU Marketing Mangers responsible for portfolio management within the studio.
The selected BBC will take ownership for a Market Category (MC) and will align support and training for the expereince center team. Finally, the BBC will be required to support global events and activities as they relate to their MC and for general support as needed. The key responsibilities are listed below.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Build and contribute to a high-performance marketing culture
• Knowledgeable in Network society; including supporting proof points in the content platform
• Broaden expertise for specific topics (Evangelist; MC; Sustainability)
• Training organization for the area of responsibility
• Support the operational flow in the Studio (Monitor proof points and follow escalation to support inoperable areas)
• Interface specific area drivers in the Studio Processes (streaming events- new processes)
• Support Experience Project managers in Visit preparation (Speakers/SME selections- content flow)
• Be active members of BB community and support trainings (e.g. for events)
• Support in maintaining Studio Proof Points overall list
• Ericsson introduction and vision presenter

Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Administration or similar formal training
• Experience of Events, Global projects or sales engagements
• Several years of experience of global cross-functional sales and marketing organization
• Self-motivated, with high sense of responsibility and the drive to solve problems and continuously expand your own personal development
• Good team player who enjoys working closely with different functional areas and knows how to manage customer relationships to achieve results
• Goal oriented with a structured way of working, planning and organizing groups
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken command of English and other languages would be beneficial
• Good understanding of our solutions and offerings: MBB and COS market
