We are now looking for an Product Portfolio Management Specialist!

Description

Product Portfolio Management belongs to the Strategy and Business Development department, which has the mission to ensure an up-to-date corporate strategy, business plan, and product portfolio for the NEVS Group that enables management to navigate in critical strategic issues. The Product Portfolio Management team owns and drives the product strategy and planning process for the NEVS Group with a global perspective, and is responsible for maintaining an updated product portfolio.

Furthermore the team initiates and drives investigations, working close with the organizations in China and in Sweden, to ensure a thorough and well-founded product portfolio, as well as supports business exploration and other development projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team, business program managers, and NEVS' core projects.

You will be working in an interesting workplace with open minded colleagues and a problem solution oriented atmosphere. Work place can be in Trollhättan/Sweden or Shenzhen/China, depending on the candidate. There are possibilities to focus on and develop your knowledge in your field of expertise further. You will have strong influence on product design.

The role involves:

- Manage and lead different studies, especially cross-functional, and assist in business explorations or other critical projects
- Conduct research to build a thorough knowledge base for the organization
- Identify, analyze, and describe product opportunities in order to build and shape a competitive product portfolio in line with the Group's strategy and business plan
- Analyze and model different scenarios and changes to the product portfolio

We are looking for someone who has:

- M.Sc. in Engineering, Management, or Business
- Three years of relevant strategy, product management, or PMO experience
- Proven experience of leading projects
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry and the future of mobility services
- Eligibility for work in Europe and China (i.e. no restrictions of travel)

To be successful in this role, you need to:

- Have the ability to understand, summarize and communicate business and information
- Have excellent analytical and research skills
- Have a good problem solving and decision making skills
- Have both business and technical skills
- Have good knowledge of project and program management
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile, scrum and visual planning methods
- Must have good organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Have the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing in English; knowledge in Swedish or Chinese is an advantage
- Be open minded and be able to adapt to new challenges, cultures and a dynamic working environment

Terms

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
