Tremendous growth in mobile broadband as well as truly global competition show transformation challenges for operators as well as for Ericsson. New business models and market offerings such as Managed Services and Consulting and Systems Integration are vital for Ericssons ambition to become a global ICT player. Marketing is a key driver to create and align content accross different Business Units and Regions as well as content for existing and potential customers.

In this role you will strengthen Ericsson's position as a business partner by creating and implementing easy-to-use, high-impact marketing material based on collective expertise residing in Business Unit Global Services business lines and the Regions? Engagement Practices. Services is today half of Ericsson's turnover and you will be an important part of its continuous growth.

Description of the role:

• Identify future market demand & business opportunities in Services
• Drive cross Ericsson positioning with Regions? Engagement Practices, Customer Units, and Marketing
• Drive development of customer business development, strategic & tactical marketing materials in Services and Market Categories
• Support region/KAM Teams with Value Creation customer engagements including:
• Thought leadership and market research
• C-Level customer presentations
• Operator business cases and financial argumentation
• C-Level customer workshops
• Manage sub-contractors e.g. financial modelers
• Build marketing collateral around engagements that cater for one-to-many approach
• Drive knowledge transfer of marketing materials to Regions and support regions in development of tactical marketing plans
• Build, drive and maintain knowledge networks around Services themes and propositions
• Promote Services themes in major events, customer seminars and meetings as well as lead customer workshops
• Take on the Business Builder Consultant role in major events (e.g. MWC), seminars, workshops & road shows
• Be part of building Services Leadership content

Competence Requirements:

• Proven excellent skills from the Sales, Marketing and/or Consulting professions
• Preferable know-how in OSS/BSS and system integration
• Excellent skills in planning and execution of marketing & change projects across markets, with proven successful results
• Knowledge of the Marketing profession & related ways of working
• Proven ability of story creation
• Proven ability of analyzing companies financial reporting and translating conclusions into actions/solutions
• Proven ability to analyze market needs as well as service business strategy and translate into differentiating stories around the value of Services
• Expert knowledge of the Telecom market and the Telecom Services business
• Expert knowledge of the Ericsson portfolio with focus on the services portfolio
• Visionary and excellent Communication & Presentation skills

Formal Education: Bachelor / MBA or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of work experience in Marketing, Sales or Consulting.
