Ericsson Management Consulting/Strategic Programs Practice works closely with Ericsson?s global top management to deliver breakthrough business results through consulting projects. In addition, the team serves as a talent pool for future leaders at Ericsson. We are currently looking for experienced management consultants (Senior Consultant level) to join the team and be part of shaping the future of Ericsson and the telecoms industry. Job description, Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant in our team you will take on a senior role in delivering value for Ericsson and developing the team. This will include:
• Managing consulting projects: planning, execution and realization, team and client management
• Solving business problems and securing quality and relevance of project work
• Working closely with client and client teams to achieve project objectives
• Contributing with experience in strategy, operational improvement, and execution
• Take active part in developing the team
Qualifications

You are a successful management consultant with strong results focus and the ambition and potential to develop as a leader within Ericsson.

You have:
• Proven strong performance as consulting project manager at a top-tier management consulting firm
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent academic background with a master?s degree or similar in business and/or engineering
• Passion to coach and develop junior consultants
Successful applicants will have several years of experience within a top-tier management consultancy or equivalent.
