Brief about the role: As an Workplace Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operations within our service offerings. You will lead several employees who are experts in delivering high-service workplace experiences in areas such as reception, meetings and events, catering, security, cleaning, and more. You will plan, follow-up, and ensure the quality of our delivery, maintaining a safe working environment and productivity in the team. We're looking for someone proactive, well-organized, and a natural leader with great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations within reception, events, catering, janitorial services, security, cleaning, etc.
• Supervise the local hospitality, delegate workload, and be responsible for results and team development.
• Manage house rounds, processes, checklists, routines, and implement new working methods.
• Ensure the client receives the agreed quality and that the team performs at their best.
• Manage the annual Opex budget and office purchases, negotiate with vendors, and track financial variance.
• Maintain good relationships with our client, suppliers, landlord, local and global teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Organize on-site events and manage our client's internal activities.
• Collect and analyze key site metrics, providing reports and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications:
• Experience in hospitality and service, preferably from workplace or facility management, hotel, reception, event, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, accustomed to leading, motivating, and developing a team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude towards changes, stress-resistant, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
• Experience in project management and event planning is a plus.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and report data effectively and meet KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Good knowledge of IT systems and accustomed to working administratively, especially within Microsoft Office.
The position is initially a one-year temporary position with a great possibility of extension. The workplace is based at our client's beautiful and modern office in the centre of Stockholm. Working hours are daytime 08:00-17:00, but some overtime may occur.
