Apart from the Stockholm office, Acne Studios operates offices in Paris, New York, London, Oslo and Copenhagen.
At Acne Studios you will work closely together with our ambitious and dedicated Design and Product development & Production team.
The work environment at Acne Studios is fast-paced and energetic; no day is ever the same. You will be based at Acne Studios Head Office in Stockholm, but you will also have commitments that require travelling to and working in France.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Create high end, innovative designs mainly to the pre collection, but also if necessary on the main collection
Develop designs to create a well-balanced and commercial range
Design and make technical drawings in Photoshop and Illustrator
Attend fitting sessions
Keeping style overviews up-to-date
Sample handling with an emphasis on quality and fit
Manage development of product and sampling within critical path deadlines
Report to the Head of Design
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Academic degree within Fashion Design
A minimum of 5 years? experience of working as a Women?s Wear Designer
Good drawing ability and proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Excellent languages skills. Fluency in English is a requirement French is a merit
High motivated, organized and able to work to tight deadlines
A team player with very good communication skills.
