1. According to drawings, process requirements, responsible for the battery production line of metal parts welding, splicing or repair.
2. Ensure that the weld quality meets the industry standards, meet the strength and air tightness requirements.
3. Proficient in all kinds of welding processes, according to the material of the parts to be welded, choose the right welding method.
4. Responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of welding tools, select the appropriate electrode, wire, protective gas and other materials during operation, and debug the parameters of the welding machine.
5. Proficient in welding process procedures, master welding operation standards, be able to carry out appearance inspection of welds, and be able to clean up the related residue of welds.
6. Proficient in the power battery production line, different materials of welding process requirements, quality and quantity to complete the welding task.
7. The work between the upper and lower order to ensure that the production line can be assembled on time, and debugging.
Job qualification
1. More than 3 years of practical experience in welding, proficient in arc welding, gas welding, argon arc welding and other more than 2 welding methods.
At least 1 year experience in automotive power battery production line parts welding.
2. Holding welding qualification certificate.
3. With the ability to identify welding deformation, and can take measures to reduce or eliminate deformation in advance.
4. Can accept outdoor work.
