About this opportunity:
Embark on an enriching career path with Ericsson as an Website Strategy Director. The Website and Intranet team (14 people, mostly Stockholm) aims to become more commercially driven, delivering on digital (dotcom) ambitions to support company strategy and new audiences. effectiveness for our partner ecosystem.

What you will do:
Responsibilities include digital strategy (dotcom & extranet), UX, content, SEO, and platform ownership. This hire is key to establishing a unified, commercially-driven digital strategy, elevating B2B UX, driving data-driven optimization, and strengthening extranet.

The skills you bring:
* Ability to develop and articulate a cohesive long-term strategic vision for both the public website and the extranet, aligning with overall business goals.
* Proficiency in conducting market analysis, competitive research, and trend forecasting (including B2B portal trends) to inform strategic decisions.
* Skill in creating and managing a unified roadmap, outlining strategic initiatives and priorities for the website platform.
* Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices for B2B user experiences.
* Ability to champion a user-centric approach across the organization, considering diverse user needs (customers, partners, etc.).
* Expertise in user research methodologies, including those specific to B2B user behaviour, and the ability to translate user insights into actionable strategies for our website platform.
* Strong understanding of business principles, financial metrics, and ROI analysis for both website and extranet initiatives.
* Ability to align website and extranet strategies with business objectives, demonstrating the value of both platforms in achieving organizational goals.
* Proficiency in analysing platform data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
* Understanding of digital marketing strategies and their integration with website initiatives.
* Ability to ensure website content and design align with brand guidelines and messaging.
* Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing best practices.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences (internal teams, external partners).
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and influence decision-making for both platforms.
* Skill in facilitating collaborative discussions and resolving conflicts, particularly in the context of B2B partnerships.
* Expertise in using website and extranet analytics tools and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
* Ability to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track platform performance against goals.
* Proficiency in using data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively.
* A proactive approach to identifying and evaluating emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to both public websites and B2B portals.
* Ability to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the website and extranet teams.
* Understanding of web accessibility standards and security best practices.
* Deep understanding of B2B relationship management and the role of extranets in supporting partner ecosystems.
* Expertise in extranet security best practices, data privacy regulations, and access control management.
* Knowledge of extranet platform technologies, integration with CRM/ERP systems, and data exchange protocols.
