You will join our development team in Stockholm as a web development manager. You will architect, design, develop and maintain our web sites and participate also in game development projects.
Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, develop and maintain our web sites and participate in game graphical interface design with our game development team located in Stockholm
• Lead multiple projects in the area of web and online game development.
• Manage to schedule the product development process and delivery time.
• Work with other developers to improve the development process.
• Create development plan based on business and IT goals.
• Define and facilitate appropriate levels internal and external communication.
• Use development experience in evaluating and improving the designs and programs of team members.
• Work with operations staff in diagnosing and resolving website issues.
• Develop deep expertise in multiple areas of technology and technology management.
• Analyze new market in Asia, especially China
• Work in a team environment and be a team player
Qualifications:
• Core: HTML/DHTML, PHP, JSP, CSS, Java and JavaScript; Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator
• Practical web development experience for at least 2 - 4 years
• Minimum of 1 year similar experience managing web & online poker development projects.
• Ability to maintain web server and have experience to optimize web sites
• Possess strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong skills in project management and process definition.
• Strong graphical design skills for web site
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects of varying size and scope.
• Significant experience in analyzing business and technical requirements.
• Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
• Have an excellent command of English and Chinese. Chinese is required
• Bachelor's degree, master's degree or equivalent experience in Information technology, interactive system engineering, or equivalent experience.
