We are now searching for a Web and eCommerce Specialist for the Northern European Customer Service department. You will be responsible for the Customer Service websites and eShops for the brands Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau and Neff in the Nordic and Baltic countries. You will ensure effective marketing communications to promote our repair service, the sales of spare parts and accessories and other products.
You will be part of the Northern European Customer Service Marketing Team and report to the Customer Service Marketing Manager Northern Europe. Some international travelling might be required.
Your tasks:
• Driving revenues and enhancing customer experience on all Customer Service websites and eShops
• Online promotion, maintenance and optimization of Customer Service products and services
• Content Management, issue management and development of new functionalities
• Coordination and implementation of website relaunches/rollouts
• Driving and steering website traffic, testing, reporting and analysis
• Implementation, follow-up and analysis of online campaigns
• Support of Digital Marketing activities (CRM, SEM, Social Media, etc.)
Your profile:
• Bachelor 's degree/ Commercial education (digital media, eCommerce or similar)
• Minimum 2 years work experience with eCommerce and CMS systems
• Passionate about eCommerce and online customer experience
• Good understanding for complex IT system interfaces
• Good understanding for different Online Marketing tools
• Strong skills in Adobe Analytics (or similar)
• Some experience in project work (website relaunches & rollouts)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other Nordic language a plus
