Job Description

The goal of the Online Sales team is to convert visitors on afound.com into paying customers. As a Web Analyst you will work hands-on together with the team on how to improve the customer experience. You will work as a key enabler to secure realization of business and customer value from analytics on afound.com. You will report to our Online Sales Manager and collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Developers, Product Owners and Conversion Specialist all responsible for the customer experience and the sales on afound.com.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyze, report and deliver actionable insights to improve the customer experience and to identify commercial opportunities.
Plan, execute and analyze results from A/B and multivariate tests as well as communicate insights and learnings to the team and relevant stakeholders.
Build intuitive dashboards to clearly present customer data.
Advocate data-driven decisions, communicate and explain the data and its implications
Work with multiple advanced analytics tools to analyze, execute and follow up initiatives from idea until live on site.

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-motivated, analytical person with strong problem-solving skills. You have a strong customer focus, a commercial mindset and will provide insights that will lead the team in the decision making. We believe that you thrive in a startup environment where processes are not set and strategies evolve over time.
To be a successful Web Analyst we also believe you have:
Extended experience from digital analysis, web analysis or in a similar analytics role focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience working with web and visual analysis e.g. Google Analytics, Content-square, Hotjar
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing e.g. Google Optimize, Optimizely
Experience building reports and dashboards using data visualization tools e.g. Power BI, QlikView, Google Data Studio.
A good understanding of Google Tag Manager to build, track and manage tags
An understanding of Javascript and HTML allowing you to build and code tags as well as ensure tags are GDPR compliant
Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders.
Ability to define and align assignments with the strategic goals of the business.
