Now, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to cover parental leave from Mid -January to August 2026.
A role at the heart of Ovako's digital presence
As Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in how Ovako connects with the world. You'll bring our message to life across digital channels, ensuring that our values: Skilled, Responsible, and Innovative are reflected in every post, campaign, and customer journey.
Working closely with colleagues in marketing, communications, and sales, you'll help shape how customers, partners, and potential employees experience Ovako. From social media storytelling to optimizing digital campaigns and creating engaging website content, your work will have a direct impact on how Ovako grows, digitally and beyond.
Your days will be varied. You'll analyze data to understand what drives engagement, fine-tune our online strategies, manage content in Optimizely CMS, and explore how new tools and insights can make us even better. You'll also help integrate our digital presence with customer and supplier events, ensuring a seamless experience from the first impression to long-term partnership.

Who we think you are
You're a curious, hands-on marketer who flourishes in a fast-moving environment. You understand the power of storytelling through data, design, and dialogue. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you see challenges as opportunities to learn.
You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and bring a few years of experience in social media and digital marketing. You're comfortable with analytics tools, advertising platforms, and SEO/SEM - and familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Photoshop, and Optimizely CMS.
Most importantly, you believe in teamwork, creativity, and progress driven by purpose.
