That is why we are currently searching for a Treasury Manager - Funding and Securitisation.
What you will be doing: Since day one, Anyfin has experienced strong growth in customers, origination and revenue, resulting in a seizable and growing balance sheet (customer receivables). In the role as Treasury Manager - Funding and Securitisation, you will be responsible for Anyfin's funding operations, and hence play an essential role in supporting the continued growth and expansion of Anyfin.
Anyfin is licensed as a consumer credit institute in Sweden, and operates under local licenses in each market. Unlike most Swedish banks, Anyfin's main source of funding is asset-backed credit facilities and forward flow arrangement with local and international funding partners, rather than deposits.
As a Treasury Manager - Funding and Securitisation, you will be responsible for the funding of Anyfin's balance sheet, including:
Manage and scale Anyfin's existing funding arrangements, including private asset-backed credit/warehouse facilities and forward flow arrangements
Build and execute on a funding roadmap to support Anyfin's rapid growth and continued expansion across geographies and products
Set up new facilities and explore a potential public securitization / ABS transaction for Anyfin's more mature markets
Manage and own all relationships with existing and potential funding partners
Drive the sourcing, planning and execution of complex funding transactions, involving multiple counterparties and jurisdictions
The role is based in Stockholm or London, and will require a fair amount of traveling.
Who you are: Ideally, you have one of the following backgrounds:
5-15 years of experience in investment banking, markets or DCM, preferably with experience from the planning, structuring and execution of private and public asset-backed facilities / securities.
5-15 years of treasury experience, preferably with experience of formulating and executing on debt funding strategies, DCM and managing external relationships and counterparties. Experience from the financial industry is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of management consulting experience within financial services, with focus on funding and capital related matters.
Although the role is of great strategic importance, you are not afraid of being hands-on on operational issues, "roll sleeves up" and get into the details. If you are humble, social and have a strong drive and can-do mentality, you will thrive in this role. We also believe you are excited by working at a scale up environment and have a genuine interest in our vision, products and the fintech industry.
Other skills required for this job include:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent at managing internal and external stakeholders
Ability to lead and navigate through complex projects with internal and external counterparties
Skilled in excel, data analysis and keynote/powerpoint
Solid understanding of capital markets, as well as treasury principles and concepts
Fluent in English (professional) is a must
Fluent in Swedish is a plus
