We are looking for a person with high drive and an active growth mindset who can contribute to make Industrial Technique Service Division the most competent organization vs benchmarks in countries where we have our business. Your mission is to successfully implement key strategic people initiatives to support the growth of Industrial Technique Service division by designing and providing people processes, tools and activities.

You will lead the division academy platform team, in strong collaboration with our competence master team in the division, together to create the legacy in learning digitalization transformation.
In this role you will report to The President of Industrial Technique Service division and be a member of the division leadership team as well as the Business Area HR leadership team. You will represent the Business Area in Atlas Copco group HR councils.
What will you do?
Partner with the Division leadership team to drive the business strategy.
Ensure that the organizational structure and roles are clearly aligned to business strategies, and maximize business opportunities.
Actively support companies reporting to the Division President - their General Managers and HR Managers - ensuring they are high performing and sustainable, with clear HR plans being executed to support business priorities.
Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions - employer branding, recruitment, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, diversity, organizational development, etc.
Leading & driving the learning digitalization strategic initiative in the division.
Specific focus on leadership and competence development as well as supporting in developing a coaching culture to create high performing and efficient teams.
Drive our internally developed leadership program "iLead". Continue to revisit the program design, so our leaders in service are developed with up to date leadership concepts and skills, and in most efficient way with technology support.
Strengthen the talent pipeline globally.
Devise and implement the ITBA People strategy
Together with other Divisional HRs in the business area, actively support the continued development of the ITBA HR network and HR Group councils, with the overall purpose to maximize the business area's HR capabilities in order to support continued business development.

You have excellent communication skills in English, and are able to communicate with data.
You will ideally have an university degree with a solid technical or human resources background.
