We are now looking for three Video Conference Support Advisors for assignment at AstraZeneca in Gothenburg. With the right profile and a lot of passion, this might be the start of a fruitful employment at Pema People.

AstraZeneca IT, Infrastructure & Operations is looking to hire short term additional support. The team in Gothenburg consists of three permanent staff, who during this period will be supporting the daily business, whilst focusing mainly on temporary strategic project.
The Role
Provide global, everyday support with the following:
• Bookings, global inbox - dealing with bookings, sending out conformations /acceptance to customer/Schedule calls and bridging
• VC SPOC Singel point for customer
• Troubel shooting
• Identify equipment faults and escalate - if required
• Contact for in room-support
• Tests, all kinds of testing, external companies
• Trainings/ Demo customer
• ConsultationStatistics
• Monitor ongoing VC calls. Work in Acano and TMS booking systems
• Resolve basic customer problems either by phone, remotely over network using the management systems, email, video link or in person.
• Educate customers about the standardized booking
• Receiving and processing Outlook invites
Candidate Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential
• Strong experience of developing and managing relationships with customers and suppliers
• Service Delivery mindset and approach
• Technical expertise for the respective area of the Collaboration expertise in which they are responsible (Video Conferencing, Lync etc........)
• Team player who can integrate effectively into a global service team
• Organised and strong administrative capabilities.
• Experience of supporting and resolving issues for end users
• Strong communication skills with users
• Proven escalation management capability
Desirable
• Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes
