In this role you are fully responsible and accountable for the continued development of this business. Key responsibilities include to plan, organize and execute commercial plans for aggressive growth targets. You will lead an international team of senior sales managers across the European continent who manage an extensive portfolio of OEM accounts and prospects in material handling, construction, agriculture, mining, forestry and special vehicles.Competence Profile:Dedication to customer success, proven ability to build deep understanding of power generation and off-road (or related industries) customers and capability to translate this into value adding services & solutions for the customer value chainDriving & organizing sales, extensive experience in conveying compelling visions but also the proficiency to bring it down to actions in organizing account management, prospect pipeline management, lead generation work and marketing plans in a global B2B contextWinning the game, strong record of leading an international commercial organization to ambitious growth targets and the skill to manage current accounts and winning new customersTransformation leadership, demonstrated courage in driving business towards value adding offerings based on new technologies, segments and business models in relevant industriesTeamwork and collaborative spirit, shown to be able to build on the pool of knowledge and assets within a company and with external partners such as customers, dealers, institutes or academiaWe expect you are an outwards going person who enjoys working with others in flexible team constellations. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building profitable businesses with engineered products and services. You work with your team to continuously update your skills and capabilities to meet customer challenges today and tomorrow.We believe you have a University degree as the basis for your career.
