In order to further develop our marketing, R&D and innovation capabilities in the Global Hygiene Category we are now looking for an experienced HR executive, Vice President Human Resources.
The Vice President Human Resources has the overall responsibility for the human resources organization and all human resources activities for the business unit .The position holder will play a key role in actively supporting the business, providing human resource services and business partnering support through driving various initiatives and HR processes.

Main Tasks
Ensures professional HR support to line managers by embedding corporate HR strategy and providing HR guidance.
Contributes to the overall global HR strategy as a member of Global HR Management Team.
Contribute to the development of the overall GHC strategic plan as a member of GHC Management Team.
Set and implement the GHC HR strategy based on the overall SCA HR strategy and business unit needs.
Ensures that HR operations are in line with local legislation, best practice and business requirements as well as SCA policies e.g. C&B, recruitment, training & development etc.
Translate and implement the business strategy into organisation development & capability development.
Apply strategic workforce planning, securing the attraction and retaining of talent to meet the business unit's current and future needs.
Secures the right level of information flow in any industrial relations.
Lead and manage the HR function for the GHC business unit.
Key contributor in building a winning culture in a global business unit organization.
The role is based in Sweden and requires regular travelling, mainly to Europe but also to US.
Key Competencies
Experiences
University Degree or equivalent within relevant practice
Has considerably industry experience in leading HR roles
Broad and comprehensive understanding of theories and practices within the HR discipline.
In-depth knowledge of HR and an understanding of a multifunctional organisation and commercial awareness.
Proven leadership skills able to manage remote and international teams.
Must be knowledgeable of current trends in the HR area

Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence people in a matrix organization across different disciplines, cultures and positions .
Deep commercial and business understanding and ability to be a key contributor to the GHC Leadership team
