We currently have the following job opening;
Vehicle Concept Leader
As Concept Leader you will be involved very early in the Vehicle development. As responsible for leading the Vehcle Concept team, you will guide, balance and control the development to meet all planned deliverables on the Vehicle.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Responsible to lead, plan and deliver needed activities for a team of Concept Engineers.
- Responsible to deliver balanced layouts of the Vehicle, that meets the requirements of Complete Vehicle specification, Design intention and System integration.
- Create Technical input/ setups to guide initial Design volume model development.
- Leading Master section development
Profile and Background
- Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, or the equivalent experience
- Min 10-15 years of OEM experience in Concept development and setup of a cars.
- Knowledge of Automotive Vehicle definitions, standards and requirements
- Good knowledge of CATIA V5, Vis mock up, and Teamcenter at OEM level
- Creative, Analytic and problem solving mindset
- Strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative and drive issues
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with Senior management and other organizations
- Passion for engineering and product excellence
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, growing and developing organization
- Fluent in English
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
