We are looking for a Senior Analyst who
• Is motivated and self-driven but also thrives in a fast-paced, cooperative team environment
• Has experience collaborating with sales and marketing organizations and enjoys taking part in cross-functional campaign efforts
• Is experienced in developing predictive models and performing advanced analytics to run experiments, optimize target group selections, predict campaign results, and analyze campaign outcomes
• Is used to presenting recommendations for which target group criteria, channel selection and product proposition will deliver targeted customer satisfaction levels, customer lifetime value, and growth in the customer base
• Works daily in large databases involving multiple data sources with programming languages such as SQL, SPSS and data visualization tools such as Qlikview
As a Senior Analyst you will
• Be a key player in the Nordic Consumer Sales organization, creating value for our customers of electricity and energy related products and services, and for our business
• Have approximately 8 analyst colleagues in the Customer Insight team in Sweden and Finland
• Work as an expert in an Agile Scrum team, side-by-side with Sales and Marketing colleagues focusing on customer journeys and related touch points
• Provide fact-based recommendations to Consumer Sales for how to optimize activities to improve sales results and customers? experience
Our ideal candidate is a team player that can manage parallel assignments and easily communicate analytical insights to people with diverse backgrounds. You see the actual customer behind the numbers and find it meaningful to improve the customers? experience.
We expect you to have a university degree in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Natural Science or Social Science, with optional coursework in Marketing.
To be able to work in our organization you must be fluent in English and conversant in Swedish.
You will work at our office in Solna, Sweden next to the new Mall of Scandinavia.
