Unilever's Summer Internship is a great way to get to know Unilever and to be introduced to the world of business. You will join us for about 8 weeks during the summer months in the Unilever Office in Solna, Stockholm.
You will work alongside Unilever employees and a Line Manager with whom you will set goals to measure your performance. As part of your programme you will have a personal project that you will deliver to the leadership team at the end of your programme. You'll learn loads, have fun, and students who successfully complete our summer internships will have the opportunity to proceed directly to the Assessment Centre stage for our Nordic Trainee Programme, the Unilever Future Leaders Programme. Could it get better? - It sure can, this is a paid position!
In 2013 we will offer summer internships in our Finance functions.
There are some rather large figures to contend with at Unilever: 40 million spray-on deodorants sold in a year, 35 million cups of Lipton drunk every day, and 60 million Magnums sold per year. This is a discipline that influences the development of our products and the growth of our business - and helps our teams make a real success of their work.
As finance expert people will seek your advice on brand performance, pricing strategy and more. You?ll be the trusted expert who sees past the figures to the bigger picture, you?ll also be in involved in pricing strategies and investment decisions. Three placements will give you the chance to get up-to-speed on Operations, Processes and Risks with real work in financial accounting, management reporting and analysis straight away.
Your background and skills
You are a master student with one year left of your studies. Your educational background is preferably within marketing, sales or finance and you have of course a passion for brands.
You are fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken. You have work experience and you have most likely spent time living abroad, either as a student or work related.
Furthermore, you are driven, team oriented and ambitious to learn.
