Recruiting & developing talents is a critical and essential component of Unilever's Talent Agenda, which spans both external and internal recruitment. Within this context, the Recruitment Lead will principally be responsible for sourcing of talent within Unilever Nordic - acting as the front person of Nordic Recruitment. This will entail implementation of quality recruitment processes, development of talent sourcing and effective stakeholder management. The role aims to ensure process quality in all recruitment, whilst taking lead on internal and external engagement around the Nordic talent pipelines.
As a Talent Lead you will act as Line manager for the Nordic recruitment team e.g. Motivate, challenge and ensure alignment and consistency in the talent experience across all Nordic countries.
The team will consist of 4 people based in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki. You will define and consistently improve the framework/processes of internal and external recruitment activities. Furthermore, you will own, execute and leverage the Nordic Employer Branding Strategy & activities, including internal events, external networking and career fairs. Furthermore, you are to define, apply and report relevant KPIs showing progress of your team and the services you provide. You will liaise with the Core HR Lead to ensure collaboration across the different service lines in terms of workload and resource management. Finally, you will act as point of contact towards wider UL teams across global and European functions.

We work as an in-house recruitment agency and you will independently run your own recruitment processes from role definition through to onboarding. You will ensure that our candidates and managers get the best experience.
Who are we looking for?
• Preferably a bachelor's degree within HR or equivalent
• 3 years of working experience within Recruitment, including proactive sourcing, assessment and selection.
• A minimum of 1 year of team lead experience
• Experience in working with Employer branding and or Trainee programs
• Work experience within a customer facing role
• Fluency in English and either one of Swedish, Danish and Finnish
We believe you are a result oriented and experienced recruiter with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team. You have an eye for recruitment processes and strategies and know how to drive and develop them in order to deliver a successful recruitment service. Furthermore, you are good at developing successful relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders.
