In this position, you will be a part of the Nordic HR Operation Team. The team will work closely together and support each other in the daily work. The HR operations function is a vital part off Unilever 's employee engagement agenda, which includes HR administration, HR data maintenance, first line HR support, payroll and recruitment. The HR advisor lead will be principally responsible to lead the team of HR advisors in the Nordics. Implement and drive strategic initiatives in the areas of HR administration, HR data & HR support. Support and create an environment that enables success for our HR advisors in a complex setting.
Who are we looking for?
• Relevant university degree - HR or Business
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a HR generalist/HR Administrator or similar
• Preferably you have a minimum of 1 year team lead experience
• Work experience within a customer facing role
• Experience working with HR systems and administration
• Fluency in English and either Swdish, Danish or Finnish
We believe you that you successful in building relationships with internal stakeholders. You enjoy working with people development and team management. You are accountable and understand E2E processes and workflow design. Furthermore, you have basic to good knowledge of HR related laws/ procedures for the relevant country. Finally, you have great collaboration skills, are communicative and have a genuine interest in people.
