Are you driven by creating beautiful interfaces that solve problems? Do you like working closely within a small team and in an exciting environment? Do you want to be a part in helping people share their passion with unique event experiences?
We believe that UI is sometimes overlooked but design can make a big difference in a startup. Now, we are looking for a full-time UI-designer to drive the design of a product that will help us be the best partner in events. Our app is a big part of that mission and your main responsibilities will involve the design of our iOS and Android apps, but also the design of material for the web and advertising. You will work closely with our UX-designer and our developer to make your design visions come to life, taking on a lot of responsibility as you will help create the first version of our full app, building it from the ground up. With the support of a small but strong team, you will be able to learn and grow outside of your current comfort. We are searching for a creative soul to be a part of our growing team, which is in need of a strong force in designing a beautiful event experience. If you like a fast-paced environment where you'll be able to create, see results, iterate and push designs through the entire organization, this role is right up your alley.
WE WANT YOU TO HAVE:
• Good knowledge of relevant Adobe CC tools and Sketch
• An understanding of the recommendations and standards of iPhone and Android design
• An attention to detail, but also a big focus on the creative aspects
• Experience with app design
• Confidence in designing interface and app animations

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Simply Events is a Stockholm-based startup with the ambition of challenging the competitive industry of event ticketing. We launched the first MVP of the product after creating it during a weekend and what started out as a fun project turned into a growing business with paying customers from day 1.
