The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Senior test manager with several years of experience
• Experience of test management in complex systems where integration and business rules are important factors
• Have the ability to handle, communicate and coordinate with many stakeholders
• Are experienced in conducting workshops and formalizing test needs to business requirements
• You understand business processes and have knowledge of business demand processes.

Your tasks:
• Work as a test manager within in the retail industry
• Test a Transport Management system
Responsibilities
• Develop, adapt and improve the test process for the area
• Identify and define E2E tests and ensure that these tests are realized in the systems
• Participate and lead test meetings and workshops
• Establish and manage contacts as well as be the natural speaking partner for PSS tests
• Together with the team ensure realization of overall tests as well as quality assure the solution together with our requirement analysts
• Ensure that the tests support current and future workflows, through dialogue and cooperation with stakeholders
