• As a Test Manager you will assure that the "flow" goes through its life cycle with the most efficient test coverage, focusing on the long-term quality
• Responsibilities include test analysis as well as supporting teams and project management by driving, improving and communicating the test strategy.
• testing in Telecom and of real time system product development.
• includes making analyzes and to formulate and communicate test strategies for efficient testing.

Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Experience as a test lead
• Experience from SW development and the various tests needed to verify good quality.
• Several years of experience in verification.
• Experience of trouble shooting and continuous integration/delivery strategy.
• Experience of test automation.
• Good competence in telecom and real-time systems.
• Technical experience from telecom and telecom equipment.
• Experience as Test/Project Manager in the HW R&D area.
Work language: English
Meriting:
• Experience from SW development and industrialization/production is beneficial.
• Swedish
UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
