• ?You will work as a programmer closely to clients and customize the application to their business environment.
• You need communication skills, both inside a team and towards clients, to explain decisions and technical solutions in a pedagogical and confident way.
• Your tasks will include; understanding the client's needs, capturing requirements, customize the software, verifying quality and testing.
• Working with script programming in Linux Environment

Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.
Required experience for this roll:
• Programing experience, preferable in Python or Java.
• Experience from customer interaction and requirement gathering
• Experience of working within a scrum team or in similar agile project setups
• Familiar with Linux environment and shell scripting
• Experience in standard methods/tools

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
