• ? Lead and follow up on activities and initiatives according to Scrum
• ? Facilitate the daily standup, set up retrospectives, sprint reviews
• ? Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint
• ? Coach the team both on individual level and team level
• ? Support the team in prioritizing the daily work
• ? Coach and ensure that the Scrum team adheres to the Scrum method
• ? Drive continuous improvement of the team's ways of working
• ? Manage the sprint work tasks and boards in Jira and Service-now

Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.
Required experience for this roll:
• ? Several years' experience working as a Scrum master
• ? Experience of teamwork with distributed teams
• ? Hands on experience from software development
• ? Experience in introducing an agile way of working in a team/situation
• ?Tools competence: Jira, Service Now
Work language: English
Meriting
• Swedish
• Experience of teamwork in teams working with offshore
• Ability to participate in solution and architectural discussions
UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
