THE JOB
The job as TS Field Engineer at Baxter is a great opportunity to develop your professional career in Technical Service. Your designated region of responsibility will be determined during the hiring process.
You will be responsible for providing technical direction and support to customers on operation and maintenance of company products. Serve as customer contact on technical and service related problems. Demonstrate uses and advantages of products. Work closely with sales and marketing, QA/QC and research and development to address customer concerns, determine corrective action and customer follow-up.
You will install, check out, operate, maintain, and repair, equipment within time requirements established by service management. Keep performance and maintenance records on the equipment. Analyse equipment failures to determine cause and recommend corrective action. Advise and assist in effecting design changes to improve equipment efficiency and/or reduce cost of operations.

• Upper secondary school
• 2-3 year's work experience within service and/or repair of electronic devices
• Basic computer skills in Word, Outlook, Excel
• Particular knowledge in GFS, OU
• Compliance with country and device specific requirements
• Basic electronic knowledge incl. drawings/schematics
• Self-driven and results oriented
• Ability to be flexible and work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment
