Training Manager
HQ, Mölndal, Sweden
We are looking for a Competence development expert with experience of how to create a successful knowledge transfer infrastructure and concept in an international environment. The challenge is to find a creative way to build an effective and efficient competence development structure in a global company with a fast growing partner network, with a combination of instructor lead training and e-learning.
The right candidate should have experience from a similar role and a passion for knowledge transfer from a holistic perspective. This means to develop a modern and dynamic training offering with the objective to increase sales- and technical competence within Qmatic subsidiaries, speed up on-boarding of new partners as well as improve the professional expertise in our current global partner network.
The position is based at HQ in Mölndal and reports to the VP Channel Development.
Your background
We believe you have a degree in Business and advanced experience of modern training methods including e-learning, in an international environment, preferably from an organization with both a direct and indirect sales business model. To be successful in the role you should be a driven and structured individual, with a lot of energy and project management experience. In addition you should be an independent and enterprising person, with ability to perform both strategic and operational tasks. As communication skills is key in this role we expect you to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
