Customer activity is divided approximately 50% by serving the Integrated Express parcel carries such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, ChronoPost and 50% in the service of National Mail organisations such as Posten Norway, Chronopost and Royal Mail.

West Atlantic Sweden AB is looking for a Training Coordinator
West Atlantic Sweden is part of West Atlantic Cargo Airlines which is one of Europe's most trusted suppliers of dedicated cargo aircraft solutions to the Integrated Express and Mail industries. The Group is Europe's largest provider of unique Integrated Ground to Air mail logistics and key or sole air network provider to several European National Mail Organizations.
To strengthen the training department in the ever changing environment, we are looking for a new Training Coordinator to fulfill the following duties:
Report to the Training Manager and the Flight Ops Manager and:
• Keep the records of all completed training up to date for all company pilots.
• Have copies on file of all pilot licenses.
• Keep the documents specified in the OM on file for the specified time periods.
• Arrange training/checking in due time before the time limit has expired.
• Together with the crew planning function schedule all training as efficient as possible.
• Support the NP CT with reservation of external training and storage of training records.
• Support the NP CT with planning of PCs.
• Distribute transportation and hotel reservation information to the persons concerned.
• Support the NP CT with ordering of training material.
• Report any problems with completing training in the specified time frame required.
