As a Training Coordinator your main responsibility will be to support the Customer Experience Training team with training platform administration, user management and course administration tasks.
In summary you will be responsible for:
Take care of user data maintenance (on-boarding/off-boarding users, update profiles, platform user data cleanup etc)
Be responsible of our reporting database, supporting the training delivery team with reporting to markets
Coordinating and scheduling of webinars as well as live sessions
Plan and coordinate other training activities such as Call Center set up training and new market handover training
Support our Training Delivery team as well as our Content team with various administrative task
Ideal candidate
Have a relevant education within marketing, HR or Business Administration
Have relevant work life experience and administrative skills
Have an interest in training coordination
Have great Microsoft skills, mainly Excel, Work and Powerpoint
Fluent in English is a must

Employment
This is a consultant assignment meaning you will be employed by OIO. The ambition is for the assignment to be transferred to a permanent employment at the client company.
