Firebrand Training provide accelerated residential certification training specializing in IT and project management, e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, (ICS)2, EC Council, ISACA, ISO, ISTQB, ITIL, PMI, Prince2, Scrum, Six Sigma among other well known vendor specific or vendor neutral certifications.

Since starting the company in the UK in the summer 2001, Firebrand Training have now taught over 35,000 students, is "Training Company of the Year 2006, 2007 and 2008" and been named Learning Partner of the Year by Microsoft Denmark for the fourth time running. Criteria for the award include customer satisfaction, growth and skills development.

For our Nordic Training Center, located at Sundsgården, 10 km south of Helsingborg, we are now looking for a Training Center Administrator and would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

The overall purpose of the role is to support our Nordic Training Center ensuring we deliver training with the highest possible quality and provide equally exceptionally good service to our students.

Key Responsibilities include:

Support the highest possible levels of service towards our students and instructors - constantly

Support our technical infrastructure at theTraining Center.

Prepare and support the PC's in the classrooms.

Support and deliver exams in our testing facilities including be or become an approved test administrator.

Skills and Background Required

A strong personality where customer service is the priority.

IT literate and knowledge of installing software, operating systems and working on PC hardware.

Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyse problems analytically, develop opportunities and implement innovative solutions/approaches.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

High level of self-motivation.

Ability to set high standards, achievable through striving for continuous improvement.

Flexible approach to role.

Having a driving license
