hela Sverige You will be responsible for one of our main programs in the HR Talent department, and your responsibilities would cover various topics in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Your primary responsibility will be for the overall success of the Trainee Program, which includes attracting top talents who best fit the business needs, building relationships in order to best support their development, and ultimately retaining them at ABB. As an important linkage to the Trainee Program, you will also support various important Employer Branding initiatives and projects, as well as at various recruitment events and activities.
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Master's level graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or other related field
• Previous full-time experience working in human resources is required, preferably at least 5 years of work experience.
• Preferred experience in recruiting, talent management, or learning & development.
• Previous experience in an international, engineering-related company preferred but not required.
• Focus on building relationships and trust, and keeping confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
• Strong self-initiative and leadership instinct
• Conceptional strength and ability to think-out-of-the box
• Solution-oriented individual who is comfortable taking ownership, and with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to manage many different stakeholders, projects, and responsibilities
