A strong link to our customers
The position as Trade Marketing Manager is a new role and the main purpose of the position is to work in a close cooperation with sales and our customers to create great campaigns for our doors and thus maximize the return of the marketing contributions. You will be responsible for the budget allocated to the area and all activities that relate to trade marketing across JELD-WEN's brands in Sweden. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Create a marketing plan and execute it across the local market
- Drive brand awareness in various online/offline channels
- Create marketing activity plans with sales and customers and follow-up on performance
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content
- Create and distribute newsletters
- Work closely with local PR agency
- Update local website and Digital Asset Management solutions
- Develop material for customers' websites, online platforms and webshops
- Create ads, presentations and graphical material for customers
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of brochures and catalogues
- Participate in quarterly internal Trade Marketing meetings across Northern Europe
- Participate in internal meetings with Sales, Product Management and Marketing across Northern Europe
- Participate in external meetings with customers and suppliers
The position is full-time and based in Huskvarna. You report to our Marketing Manager Northern Europe (based in Denmark) and you will be part of a team of 9 people. You are also in a close working relationship with the local sales organisation, the product management team and our customers to support them in the best possible way. You need to have a private situation that allows you to travel on a regular basis.
About YOU
You hold a university degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent and have approx. 5-7 years of work experience within B2B marketing and sales. Experience from work with digital marketing and retail in an international environment is a merit. You are highly skilled and comfortable at communicating, you speak and write Swedish and English unhindered and you understand Danish and Norwegian on a basic level. You are also able to manage the Adobe Package on a practical level (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) and you can handle all the MS Office programs.
