Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-month assignment starting this spring, with potential for extension or permanent.
About the Position
As Trade Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of our Marketing Department, reporting to the Marketing Director. You will be one of the "owners" of our physical presence across the entire Nordic region, ensuring we are visible in the right way, at the right time and in the right places. In close collaboration with our field force and sales.
This is a newly created role. You will not step into established routines or structures; instead, you will play a central role in building processes, workflows and ways of working from the ground up. A key part of your role will be to strengthen our in-store presence in terms of POSM and fixtures and ensure flawless execution in those areas.
Success in this role is built on collaboration. You will work in close daily partnership with our Brand Managers, Category Managers, Key Account Managers as well as our field force, to ensure that brand strategies, commercial goals and category insights are seamlessly translated into retail excellence.

You will manage the trade marketing presence for a powerhouse of four distinct brands, each a leader in its category:
De'Longhi: The global authority in espresso machines and coffee culture.
Kenwood: The ultimate partner in the kitchen, known for high-performance food preparation.
Braun (SDA): A world leader in German engineering, blending timeless design with functionality.
Nutribullet: The pioneer of nutrient extraction and healthy, fast-paced living.
Key Responsibilities
Projecet Management, Retail Design & Process Excellence
Agency Leadership & Process Building: Act as the lead project manager toward external design and production agencies, while building and implementing clear, scalable trade marketing processes and workflows across the Nordics, from POS ordering to regional rollouts.
Technical Savvy & Retail Governance: Own the design and production of permanent fixtures, shop-in-shops and retail furniture, with strong focus on materials, durability and technical quality. Maintain a structured retail governance with clear overview of fixtures and displays, ensuring the highest standards over time.
Nordic In-Store Activation & Execution
Lead the execution across major electronics chains (Elkjøp, Power, etc.) and premium specialists for the entire portfolio.
Ensure all activations are aligned with both brand identity and the specific commercial requirements of our key retailers.
Manage the full lifecycle of POS solutions and experiential "live-demo" campaigns.
Stakeholder Management & Measurement
Serve as the vital link between Marketing, Sales and our Nordic Retail partners.
Manage the regional trade marketing budget and analyze the effectiveness of activations to optimize ROI.
What Does It Take to Be Successful?
We are looking for a senior, highly structured and collaborative trade marketer who thrives on bringing clarity and delivering flawless results.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing - either from the brand side (Consumer Electronics/FMCG) or from a leading agency.
Process Mindset: You enjoy creating structures and workflows that make complex projects easier to manage.
Technical Understanding: Experience in project managing the production of retail furniture or fixtures, including an interest in materials and construction.
Organizational Excellence: You are a master of coordination and "holding it all together." You enjoy keeping track of inventory, locations and campaign timelines.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
