Job Description
As a Total Rewards Specialist, specializing in compensation and benefits, you will play a pivotal role in the central Total Reward team. We are in a build-up phase in the field of Total Rewards, hence looking for someone who is interested in being part of a journey in translating business needs into concrete Total Rewards deliverables. The scope of the role is Global, and you will work closely with TR and HR colleagues, the Regions, Business Units and Functions across H&M Group.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, communication, and monitoring of compensation programs and total rewards projects in alignment with the Total Rewards framework.
Drive global processes such as Annual Salary Review, Salary Increase Budgeting Salary Structures creation.
Lead and take part in initiatives to improve employee engagement, manage risks, and control costs.
Create and communicate Total Rewards framework documents and guidelines and conduct trainings within various areas of Total Rewards.
Recommend revisions to HR policies, procedures, and forms related to Compensation.
Audit and analyze external and internal market data to provide proactive Total Reward advice.
Act as an advanced user for all systems and tools used for total rewards deliveries.
Collaborate to ensure relevant H&M Group job framework is maintained.

Advisory:
Support other Total Rewards Managers and Specialists within various areas of total rewards.
Advise HR on salary setting process, principles, and guidelines, especially for senior leadership roles.
Act as a business partner to the wider HR community.

Compliance:
Drive Group governance and compliance for Total Rewards results.
Stay informed about current and pending local laws and regulations related to compensation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
Your Knowledge:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Post-graduate degrees or certification in compensation and benefits is a strong advantage.
Analytical and numerical skills with expertise in data storytelling and visualization.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and visualization.
Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, Cornerstone, or similar HRM Systems.

Experience:
Minimum 10 years' experience in compensation and benefits.
Experience with applicable strategies and plans related to base compensation, benefits, rewards, variable pay, job roles framework, etc.
Strong business understanding and ability to translate business context into needed actions from a Total Rewards perspective.
