Surface Chemistry, a business unit of AkzoNobel, operates in 50 countries, employing over 1500 people. We have an immediate opening for a Tolling coordinator at AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry in Stenungsund.
About the job
As tolling coordinator you will be the focal point for information around tolling activities for Surface Chemistry. You will coordinate activities and product flow in tolling operations within the region, with the objective to provide high service level at competitive costs.
Main responsibilities
• Represent Surface Chemistry Europe in day to day and midterm operational issues with the toll producer
• Support in establishing contracts with toll producers
• Monitor and safeguard that the toll producer follows the work processes stipulated in the tolling contract
• Follow up and formally review the toll producer and document issues
• Be the focal point of Surface Chemistry EMEIA for issues around the materials supplied from or processed at the toll producer's sites
• Translate the overall demand plan provided by the central planning team into a production schedule agreed with the toll producer, adapting to actual sales orders and actual stock situation
• Coordinate deviation handling between the toll producer and Surface Chemistry EMEIA with respect to manufacturing and logistical issues
• Availability constraint handling - communication with Customer service and Supply Planning Manager
• University degree in engineering, preferably within materials management or logistics
• Relevant work experience from any or more of these areas; chemicals manufacturing, technology, purchasing, supply Chain, logistics, or customer Service
• Interest in tolling and logistics
• Good computer skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, additional language is considered as a merit
• Good communication and organizational skills and good planning skills

You like to find solutions to problems and share your knowledge with others. The position requires high sense of responsibility, good teamwork and high quality awareness.
