At the moment we are looking for the right person to fill an open position as Test Team Leader at the Quality Assurance department within our Research & Development (R&D) organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Test Team Leader is responsible for the daily test operations to release existing video products with new firmware and to release a Linux Firmware Platform (LFP). The Linux Firmware Platform is the software base for our new video products.
The Test Team Leader is responsible to coordinate an allocated group of test engineers, around 5-15, which performs the test execution.
The main tasks are to plan and manage the work for the test engineers allocated to the activity and being responsible for delivering test results to the program manager according to an agreed schedule with the team manager for Firmware and Platform Test. Typical tasks are to lead and plan the test execution and follow up on test status, to report status to all stakeholders, to continuously work with improvements of methods and processes, to take part in prioritizing error reports and to plan retests of implemented corrections.
The Test team Leader is reporting to the team manager for Firmware and Platform Test.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar. You have more than two years' experience from leading test engineering activities and you have good management and leadership skills. You are a communicative, organized person with a strong drive and you're really into testing!
