We are looking for a driven Test Manager to a global Warehouse Management System implementation project within our Logistics division.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Test Manager to join an important project in one of H&M's programs implementing a new global ERP solution. The project will deliver a new warehouse management solution that will be rolled out to existing and new warehouses globally over the coming years. Find your place in a fast moving environment where you as Test Manager have a key role to plan and lead the test area with our Warehouse Management solution.

As a Test Manager, you'll lead a team of testers. You will work closely with your team, our system integrator, business people and other functional teams. To handle all those stakeholders and to coordinate work very good communication skills and relationship building skills are required. The nature of our projects within logistics require an understanding of the solution and being able to relate between the operational, tactical and strategic perspectives in a given context in order to drive the development in the right direction.

We believe that you currently work as a Test lead and have a couple of years of experience in this role. You have great abilities in managing deliverables and time management, you are well-structured in your work and are a decision maker. Also, you a natural in communicating and building relationships since you will handle many stakeholders. As a leader you enjoy coaching and motivating the team.

Your responsibilities

The job of a Test Manager comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.

Your to-do list includes:
• Introduce and align internal and external partners to our Test Strategy
• Plan and identify the scope of System Test and System Integration Test together with internal and external partners
• Have a close cooperation with business, project managers, requirement analyst, architects, test coordinators and other test leads.
• Allocate test resources internally, and make sure our external suppliers have test organizations that meet the needs of the Global Online Expansion program
• Ensure the setup of test environments (in cooperation with surrounding solutions)
• Define and communicate Test Plans aligned to the overall Test Strategy for functional, non-functional testing as well as regression testing
• Plan for User Acceptance Test and secure resources for the same
• Steer and allocate work within the Online Logistics expansion test organization
• Keep stakeholders informed about test status and deviations
• Continuously have a dialog with suppliers on how to improve testing
• Handle complex and multiple stakeholder relations and relations with vendors
• Support and coach the team members
• Create common test plans for the Online Logistics expansion releases
• To follow up that established guidelines for test work are being followed and recommend any improvements to the same
• To plan functional and non-functional testing together with the parties delivering in the Online Logistics expansion release and continuously identify, evaluate and prioritize testing activities
• To ensure that test environments is available and functional according to plan
• To ensure that test documentation is prepared and updated.
• To ensure that all deviations get reported and monitored, for example, that they are solved, moved to another release or closed without action

• Strong leadership skills who can steer strong suppliers in the right direction
• Solid experience as Test Lead within project or/and maintenance steering
• Experience from working within Supply chain/Logistics
• Experience from Integrated Enterprise solutions
• Experience from of working with services and vendors
• Experience from release management and planning
• Experience from working within a global organization
• Ability to drive tasks/workshops
• Experience from software development project, standard system implementation and/or from Roll out of Global Solutions
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, especially SAP EWM is qualifying
• Able to both work both operational and strategically and easily switch between the two
• You have a holistic view and are proactive
• Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish

Some travelling will be part of this job.
