Nova is an advanced and flexible system with an open structure and a broad range of functionality. The main goal of the system is to automate the processing of debt collection and minimize manual handling. Nova is the market leader in many countries as well as the Nordic region. The role:
As a Test Manager your main responsibility will be to develop new test strategies and test processes for Nova. This includes responsibility for the creation and maintenance of test cases, test data and test environments as well as test methods, both automated and manual, and identifying required level of testing. You will also participate in executing test cases in the projects and in the coordination of release testing activities. For the right candidate the possibility to manage a team of testers may also be present in the future.
You will work both independently and as part of a team, close to the customer and with a focus on creative solutions. We work in an international, inspiring and results-oriented environment, characterized by team spirit and a positive atmosphere.
Experience and qualifications:
• You have further education in IT or equivalent experience
• 5+ years work experience in IT, whereof at least 3 with testing
• Experience and knowledge of testing tools and methods, including automated testing
• At least ISTQB foundation certification or equivalent is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in working with business systems in the financial sector is preferred
• Good communication skills in English as well as an ability to speak Swedish fluently

The position is based in Skövde, Sweden.
