CellaVision is an innovative global medical technology company that develops and sells leading systems for routine analysis of blood and other body fluids in healthcare. The Applications teams within the Innovation & Engineering Department develop what allows customers to use CellaVision's tools to streamline workflow. Now, Innovation & Engineering is growing and a new team within Applications has been formed. As a Test Leader you will be part of this development team, specialized in image analysis, programming and machine learning. You will also get the unique opportunity to work in an environment with focus on new applications that will break new grounds in digital cell imaging.

Key tasks as Test Leader
• Coach and lead the team in verification and validation work.
• Manage development projects together with the Development Manager and Product Manager.
• Write test plans and test reports, as well as analyze test results and report defects.
• Ensure that there is a strong integration of testing in the development phase with early test planning and early / exploratory tests.
• Collaborate with other Test Leaders, Development Managers and Product Manager to continually further develop and improve the testing process in an agile direction.
• Perform tests.
• Develop new test cases and write test instructions.
Qualifications
You need to have
• Technical Higher Education, Master of Science or equivalent.
• Genuine technical interest.
• Previous experience with risk and requirement based testing as well as evaluating and introducing test tools and testing methods.
• Experience in writing documents for quality assurance, writing technical documentation or producing papers on research.
• A well-developed communicative ability that reflects in your way of communicating with others as well as in your ability to summarize your work in writing, both in English and in Swedish.
It's an advantage if you have experience in
• Project management.
• Leading test activities.
• Automated test.
• Statistical methods.
• Medtech/regulated environments.
• Programming

This is a full-time position, with start in January, based at CellaVision HQ in Lund, Sweden with new offices, good infrastructure and commuting possibilities.
