Your Role
As a Test Lead and a key member of Automower® Connect, you'll spearhead the decision-making process regarding automated versus manual testing. You'll dance with the unpredictable, foraying into uncharted territories where creativity and ingenuity reign. Your expertise in test automation will guide our group, ensuring our testing strategies are as robust as they are forward-thinking.

In this exhilarating opportunity, we're seeking a person with a proven track record in software testing, particularly in the realm of automation. You're not only well-versed in guiding testing processes but have also immersed yourself in hands-on implementation of automated tests. Beyond technical proficiency, we're looking for someone who can embrace leadership and ownership. As an important member of our team, you'll lead testing initiatives, steering a dedicated group towards progress and innovation. Detail orientation and adaptability are key traits we value in this ever-evolving landscape. You'll flourish in an environment where acute attention to detail is vital, and quick, informed decision-making is the norm.

Requirements
• Experience in software testing.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Ability to be present at the office in Husqvarna full-time.
