The group Analysis and Verification is a part of the section Diagnostics and ECU Platform which is responsible for base technologies in the electrical platform that forms the base for the entire electrical system. Base technologies are e.g. network design, communication technology and the diagnostic system. The group Analysis and Verification today includes 20 persons and we are responsible for in-vehicle systems testing. As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for software system testing. Working with base technologies testing means that you establish and develop relationships with designers within almost all system areas of the vehicle as well as building an understanding of the designs within those areas. In this position you will therefore build and maintain a wide personal network. You have degrees of freedom to form your deliveries and to develop your own skills, both technically as well as in the area of leadership. Main responsibilities
• System- and integration testing of base technologies
• Monitor progress in the tests efforts
• Summarise the deliveries to our internal customers and suppliers
• Keep track of deviations and secure that they are handled properly and timely
• You are a go-to-person in the testing team
Required qualifications
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. within electronics, physics, mechatronic or equivalent education
• Some experience of software system testing
• Some experience of one or several methods like: Diagnostics, SWDL, CAN, MOST, FlexRay
• You have very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Certified by "International Software Testing Qualifications Board" (ISTQB) is meritorious
• Former experience working with base technologies is meritorious
