hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Powercell Sweden AB i Göteborg We are looking for a test engineer to support the development work on fuel converter components and integrated fuel converter systems. The fuel converter consists of catalytic reactors for fuel reforming and CO clean-up in addition to non-catalytic desulfurizers. The types of catalytic reactors are Autothermal Reforming, Steam Reforming, Partial Oxidation, Water Gas Shift, Preferential oxidation and Tail Gas Oxidation.
The role focuses on testing various components and integrated systems, evaluating test results, preparing summary reports and supporting the engineering teams with information and knowledge regarding the Fuel Converter systems.
The successful candidate is expected to support the continuously ongoing optimization work on performance, stability, durability improvements for standalone Fuel Converters and Fuel Converters in power generation systems.
Education
Must have a minimum of a Master Degree in Engineering
Chemical Engineering Degree desired
Experience/Qualifications
• Knowledge in flow reactor systems and gas analysis methods
• Practical hands on working experience in catalytic systems especially in Fuel Processing meritorious
• Familiarity with catalyst preparation, characterization and testing
• Experience with high-temperature systems and combustible gases desired
• System Modeling programs such as ASPEN, gPROMS, Matlab/Simulink and HYSYS beneficial
• Good knowledge in Matlab
• Must be able to work both independently and in engineering teams
• Good communication skills in English
• Good social skills and a team-orientated mindset
