As a Tender Manager at PPAC Arjo Scandinavia AB, you will complete and answer to the tender and bid requests of the public and private health care market in Sweden. We can offer good development opportunities and you will become part of a strong team, both national and Nordic. We are seeking you who are motivated to see the big picture, who understands the business and that contributes to margin improvements.
The position
In this position you will be overall responsible for Tender management, Procurement process, CRM administration and agreement administration. Your key stakeholders and interfaces will be Sales Manager and Sales team in Sweden, Nordic operations manager, Swedish Service manager, Nordic marketing manager, Nordic Quality and Environmental Responsible and Global product owners PPAC.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Administer the entire tender and bids process, from the start to submitted tender
• Gather information from internal departments and suppliers
• Compile the technical, legal and commercialized information necessary to admit a bid
• Prepare optimal competitive price calculations for profitability before pricing discussions for bids
• Correct financial pricing of tenders together with the sales manager
• Interact with other departments when necessary
• Administrate the CRM system, SalesForce, for Sweden
• Manage and ensure proper loading and updating of agreements in national agreement base and in the CRM system
The position is located in Malmö. Some national travel is required.
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have minimum two years of experience from an equal position.
Some of your key characteristics include:
• Good IT-skills, including very good experience using Excel.
• Bachelor degree, preferably in economic and administrative management. Relevant and extensive experience can be equated with university degree.
• Good communicator orally and in writing, both in Swedish and in English. Knowledge in Nordic languages is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the healthcare market and experience in MedTech is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in the law of procurement in Sweden (LoU) is an advantage.
As a person you are analytical, structured, highly accurate and very thorough. You have a sense of accountability and work independently. As a colleague you have good collaborative skills.
