www.thulegroup.com The Customer Service Department plays a very important role in the interaction with our Customers.
Entering and dispatching orders are a vital part of the job but more importantly is maintaining and developing the relationship between us and the Customer. It rest upon the Account Coordinator to inform and update the customers about new products and launches. Supply Customers with relevant product data as well as updating relevant information about our Customers in our ERP systems. Be the first contact to customers having need for technical expertise and claim management. Furthermore, the Account Coordinator are an important hub for our external Sales force and a close cooperation between the external sales and the Customer Service department is essential.
If you are well equipped with a sales winning mind, excellent communication skills, take pride in passing on clear and consistent information to a broad audience, this is an exciting opportunity for you. You are well structured with proficient language skills in English and Swedish - if you have additional European language skills it will be considered an advantage. You either have a relevant degree from higher education or experience from a similiar role and enjoy working with consumer products and love to interact with others.

This is a temporary position to cover for one of our colleagues who will be on parental leave for at least a year starting from June 2018. Latest starting date for this position is the 14th of May. You will report to our Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager, Therese Ferngren and the position is placed in Hillerstorp, Sweden.
