Description
As a Technical coordinator, you will have the responsibility to lead an inventory of integrations and dependencies in the OneDrive/SharePoint migration project.
The purpose is to identify integrations/dependencies and its owners globally, in order to exclude these from migration. Another vital part is to facilitate and support owners to move their integrations/dependencies to a more appropriate storage, since a majority of these are estimated to belong to system storage instead of business file storage. Consequently, this will help the decommissioning of local shared drives.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Understanding of migration to Microsoft 365, communication and facilitation experience.
• Also needs to facilitate migration or of (but not take responsibility for) widescale dependencies the business have on the shared drives.

Swedish and English speaking
