We are looking for Technology Transformation Manager to be part of Technology Leadership team in Ingka Digital Group Function. We are launching a series of digital transformations related to co-worker experience focused on building digitalized people processes that will support improvement of Markets business performance. The job will be responsible for driving series of changes and change programs across Technology organization.
Skills that would benefit you in this role:
Proven advanced experience and knowledge in business management, project management or equivalent transformational journeys particular in large/medium sized organizations
Excellent knowledge of Digital products delivery, digitalization and automation.
Good market and industry knowledge to achieve organizational goals and objectives; good understanding of market specifics when making decisions, ability to work and lead in an agile way
Experience in leading change management with a breath of knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programs
Collaborative skills: good in building relationships across the organization, having influence and personal impact
Ability to apply analytical, process-oriented thinking including planning and maintaining work process, achieve goals and keep deadlines
Organization and co-ordination skills taking multiple sources of information and collating it, connecting in with key stakeholders through a clear communication approach

Your responsibilities
You will enable IKEA to transform by leading, coordinating and supporting transformation activities. This will include:
Enable change both in the known and in the unknown, supporting the change processes with relevant dialogues and consistent communications with all key stakeholders
Document the program learnings, adopt a continuous improvement approach and transfer the resulting transformation capability to the wider organization
Secure competence in the line organizations and support the rollout of business development and process changes
Lead and deliver the development, the implementation and the handover of new solutions and ensure that the solution/epic and feature meets the needs and expectations of the users
Enable the Ingka of tomorrow by challenging the status quo, clarifying and simplifying with content and structure, co-creating with the many and inspiring with creativity
Lead and manage people within the project team to deliver results through our values - business and people together
To deliver the change projects and programs in time, cost and scope, whilst controlling risk, securing communication, people consequences, achieving high quality and managing change
Plan, organise and execute the change projects and programs applying relevant development methodology in co-creation with digital initiative leader along with communication to relevant stakeholders
Define and sequence activities/epics/features, estimating duration, developing the schedule, controlling progress
Collaborate in ways of working and co-creation with Digital Unit throughout the project
You are expected to be part of forming, shaping and adapting ways of working as we go. You will work with several stakeholders within Ingka Group.
The preferred location for this role is Malmö (Hubhult). This role requires some travel (depending on the prioritised activities) and is a permanent assignment.

Our area is designed to define and drive the technology offers and technology transformation of Ingka Group and across the IKEA Value Chain. Meaning the Technology organization is responsible for creating the technology and information backbone for the company.
