As a dynamic cross-functional team with expertise in taxes, management consulting, and technology, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a talented Technologist to play a central role in our team's growth.
Transformation services assists the clients on organizational, data, process, and technology transformations for the future. We also support outsourcing projects and offer compliance services. Collaborating with IT and business units, we develop solutions for client needs and internal efficiency. Our team manages internal projects for enhanced employee experience. Overall, we provide advisory, innovative solutions, and project management for future readiness.
With plans to rapidly expand our team, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact. Currently, our team comprises five members, including two consultants, and we aim to expand to 10 full-time equivalents during FY2023.
Your Role:
As a Technologist, you will have a crucial role in building low-code based solutions and automations using different toolsets, primarily Microsoft PowerPlatform and Alteryx. You will support and train non-technical colleagues in low-code platforms and methodology, as well as assist the T&L Technology teams in exploring new external solutions and use cases. Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for tech-related initiatives, you will bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including internal Technology departments.
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably working closely with business users.
Experience in a consultancy organization and the legal/finance environment is considered a merit.
English is required, and Swedish proficiency is preferred due to some documentation being in Swedish.
Technical Skills:
Used to working with low-code tooling/low-scale development and/or Data & Analytics experience
Strong preference for experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Alteryx. However, experience in other comparable solutions is also considered.
Experience in VBA and/or Python is a bonus, as there are legacy systems that rely on those.
