hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Itiviti AB i Stockholm Itiviti is now looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our Documentation team in our office in Stockholm. The work will consist of planning, creating, and maintaining technical documentation for our many products. You will be working at a global company and in a global team with colleagues in other regions and time zones with a mix of projects, maintenance, and operations.
The Documentation team at Itiviti is responsible for coordinating and gathering information from our engineering and support offices around the world. The work includes:
Working with Commercial Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Services to plan, produce, and maintain advanced product documentation.
Participating in Engineering projects to produce product documentation and at the same time raise product documentation awareness.
Track development in JIRA and make sure that new functionality is documented.
Acting as go to person for questions related to writing, editing, and managing the product documentation.
Developing and maintaining procedures, guidelines, and best practices for creating documentation.
Responsibility for publishing technical information on web platforms.
Improving older existing product documentation.
Required competence:
At least 5 years of experience from working with technical writing.
Genuine experience in producing documentation for technical audiences.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
Excellent skills in English.
Desired competence:
Financial technology background or interest in the financial industry, knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
A relevant university degree or similar post-secondary education.
Software development experience Java, C++.
Financial technology background or interest in the financial industry.

Knowledge of Atlassian products.
